Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for critical product launches, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and executive teams
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA/Asana tools
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through rigorous risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Drive stakeholder communication through executive dashboards, status reports, and sprint reviews
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement in team processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in technology or fintech
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M
