Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle planning from initiation to closure using Jira and Asana
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 engineers, designers, and QA specialists
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with milestone tracking and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Ensure budget adherence through financial forecasting and resource optimization
- Implement Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement processes
- Drive quality assurance through test case reviews and UAT coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in agile methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with cloud migration and SaaS implementations
