Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level technology initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates and presentations
- Mentor project team members and foster continuous improvement processes
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
