Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical teams
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and quality standards
- Track KPIs and deliverables using project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Prepare executive reports and present project status to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
