Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise-scale IT initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans with clear scope, milestones, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress through KPI tracking and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments to align expectations and drive decision-making
- Manage project budgets, risk registers, and change control processes
- Mentor junior project managers and promote continuous improvement in project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in IT or tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and Atlassian suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with offshore/onshore team coordination and vendor management
