Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT or software industry.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading Agile or Scrum teams.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
