Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Stakeholder alignment and executive reporting across cross-functional teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for complex IT infrastructure deployments
- Budget optimization and resource allocation for 15+ member teams
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence
- Vendor management and third-party integration oversight

Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Proven experience in SaaS/cloud migration projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and hybrid project delivery models
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Strong data-driven decision-making with KPI tracking
- Excellent written/verbal communication for C-suite stakeholders
- Washington state residency required for local client engagements
