Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to achieve project milestones
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize workflows and adapt to changing requirements
- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models
- Stakeholder management: Communicate progress, resolve conflicts, and manage client expectations
- Track KPIs and project metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain detailed documentation including project charters, status reports, and post-mortems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in agile frameworks and JIRA/Asana/Trello implementation
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in budget forecasting and risk analysis
