Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements and communicate updates effectively.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Asana to track tasks, resources, and milestones.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to maintain team momentum.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic Houston market.
