Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are high-quality.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and scope creep proactively.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and clients regularly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the tech or digital marketing sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification such as PMP or CAPM is a plus but not required.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Los Angeles, CA.
