Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members to ensure alignment.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to maximize project ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management within the technology sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC) is a plus.
