As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our project success stories, ensuring we meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that significantly increase business value.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to ensure cohesive execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track resource allocation to ensure projects stay on track.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, progress, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership clearly and effectively.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing full project lifecycles from conception to completion.
