Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Risk & Scope Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Agile Leadership: Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional Project Management experience, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
