Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage complex project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery and strict adherence to budget constraints.
- Night Operations Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams specifically assigned to the night shift, ensuring alignment with day-shift goals and operational continuity.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and risks in the workflow, developing contingency plans to minimize impact on the 24/7 schedule.
- Team Leadership: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for the night cohort, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and resource allocation during off-hours.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) tailored for high-volume, shift-based environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IT, Manufacturing, or 24/7 Operations environments.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Shift Experience: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams working non-traditional hours, including night shifts.
- Methodologies: Strong command of project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Autonomy: Proven track record of working independently and autonomously with minimal supervision.
