Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic corporate projects.
- Manage project lifecycles, budgets, and timelines using industry-standard methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- Recruit, train, and mentor junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale enterprise projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and office productivity tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
