- Lead & Mentor Teams: Guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing transparent updates and clear reporting.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations before launch.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the IT or manufacturing sectors.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
