Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership. You will own the project lifecycle, from the initial scoping and planning phases through to execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and clients to foster collaboration and transparency.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to executive leadership.
- Manage change requests and scope creep to maintain project integrity.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads to promote a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing full lifecycle projects in a corporate environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and within budget constraints.
