Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management or Operations.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
