Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and mentor diverse teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of complex corporate projects.
- Budget & Resource Optimization: Develop detailed project plans and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear status updates and reports.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar project management software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive engagement.
