Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ stakeholders across engineering, design, and product departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize delivery velocity
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, maintaining 98% on-time delivery rate
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project retrospectives and process optimization
- Communicate project status to executive stakeholders through weekly dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries highly desirable
