Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise software deployments
- Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and product teams to meet aggressive deadlines
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team productivity and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Manage $1M+ budgets with P&L accountability and vendor negotiations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech implementations
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
