Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
- Track KPIs and report progress to executive leadership with real-time dashboards
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strict budget controls
- Facilitate client communications and ensure deliverables exceed expectations
- Mentor junior project managers and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects with budgets $500K+
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project Suite
- Proven experience with cloud migration and enterprise software deployments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
