Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-impact tech solutions
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets, track KPIs, and ensure ROI alignment with business objectives
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery velocity and quality
- Stakeholder communication: present progress updates, manage expectations, and secure buy-in
- Risk mitigation: identify potential roadblocks and implement proactive contingency plans
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and forecasting
