Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project success, ensuring business continuity.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to all stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee resource allocation and optimize team performance to maximize efficiency.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability across all initiatives.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
