Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project continuity and success.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on expectations, report progress, and manage deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the IT or tech sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
