Apex Technical Solutions is looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team immediately. We are expanding our operations in Houston and need a leader who can navigate complex technical challenges and deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to final delivery. You will champion our agile methodologies and ensure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify potential project risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Communicate complex project updates to stakeholders and executives clearly and concisely.
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the technology or engineering sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
