Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
