Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with department heads to ensure the right resources are available for project success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and ensure all expenses are within the approved financial parameters.
- Agile & Waterfall: Utilize appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall) to drive delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced setting.
