Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the IT or tech sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
