Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with corporate strategy.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within a corporate setting.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
