Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
