Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery timelines and quality standards
- Monitor project KPIs and financial performance, providing executive-level reporting
- Foster client relationships through proactive communication and expectation management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS or digital products
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management over $1M+ projects
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making background
