Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) specifically for night operations and maintenance projects.
- Team Coordination: Direct and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals during non-standard hours.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure continuity during critical night windows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing accurate status reports and addressing concerns with urgency and professionalism.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and workflow efficiency to maximize productivity during the night shift.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and regulatory requirements, regardless of the time of day.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, with a preference for roles involving 24/7 operations or shift-based environments.
- Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of leading virtual meetings and writing clear documentation.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) on a full-time basis.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
