Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—specifically tailored for night operations.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right resources are available during critical night shifts to meet project deadlines.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and operational risks, developing contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members regarding project status, updates, and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project outputs meet our high standards of quality and compliance before handover.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize project management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience, with a preference for experience in logistics, energy, or 24/7 operations.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (PMP or CAPM certification is a plus).
- Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong leadership presence, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
