We are looking for a self-starter who can bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic planning while maintaining high standards of communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the night shift project team to ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) specifically for night operations.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives in the evening shift.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks specific to 24/7 environments to prevent downtime.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overlapping hours to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Ensure all project documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for experience in night shift or 24/7 operations.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
