- Track KPIs and performance metrics using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Manage client relationships and provide executive-level progress reporting
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- Mentor junior project team members and facilitate agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP or CPM certification
- Proven track record delivering tech/infrastructure projects valued at $500K+
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
