- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, vendors, and team members to drive transparency.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Implement Agile or Waterfall methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles in a corporate environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Experience working in the technology sector within the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
