Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
- Report on project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
