Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale software deployments
- Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups
- Stakeholder communication: executive dashboards, status reports, and change management
- Risk mitigation and resource optimization for cross-functional teams
- Budget oversight and financial forecasting for $1M+ projects
- Process improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and quality
- Vendor management and contract compliance for technology partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven success managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Expertise in JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Atlassian tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution capabilities
