Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and design departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables against budget and schedule constraints
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up ceremonies
- Implement Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for streamlined project tracking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with resource allocation and risk management tools
