Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment for enterprise-level software initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage project budgets, risk mitigation, and change control processes
- Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, executive stakeholders, and external vendors
- Implement performance metrics and reporting frameworks for project success tracking
- Mentor junior project managers and foster collaborative team environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/digital transformation
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Atlassian suite
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
- PMP or CSM certification required
