As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of key business initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define clear project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior management effectively.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and product development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k.
