The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, development teams, and executive leadership, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize team productivity and minimize waste.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and compliance requirements before deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification: PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in software development or IT.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to lead diverse teams.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
