Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and coordinate team activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, creating contingency plans as necessary.
- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive decision-making and consensus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a corporate environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
