As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business direction and ensuring the successful execution of key corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, sponsors, and team members to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize project delivery and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and present status reports to executive leadership.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the corporate sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
