Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Execution: Direct and coordinate all project activities during weekend shifts to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and cross-functional teams, providing clear status updates and risk assessments.
- Resource Management: Optimize team allocation and workload distribution to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential operational bottlenecks and implement contingency plans.
- Process Improvement: Analyze weekend performance data to drive continuous improvement in standard operating procedures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a dedicated team of coordinators and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management or operations leadership.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; PMP or Agile certification is a strong plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project) and data analytics tools.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Columbus, Ohio.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
