- Execute risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive-level status reports
- Maintain project documentation and quality assurance protocols
- Optimize processes using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ in fintech or SaaS
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing $1M+ technology projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid approaches
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with weekend shift coordination and remote team management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
