- Coordinate Agile/Scrum methodologies with distributed teams across time zones
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Implement Jira/Confluence for sprint planning and progress tracking
- Facilitate retrospectives and process optimization workshops
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT project management with weekend shift experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven success managing budgets over $500K
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project and Jira
- Experience with financial services or healthcare verticals preferred
