Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for high-stakes client deliverables
- Coordinate weekend sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives across remote/onshore teams
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with P&L accountability
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans for weekend operational constraints
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across time zones during weekend hours
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows for weekend sprint velocity tracking
- Mentor junior PMs on weekend project management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years managing enterprise projects in regulated industries (healthcare/finance a plus)
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification with active credential
- Proven experience leading weekend shifts or compressed workweeks
- Expertise in risk management, budget forecasting, and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource allocation tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
