Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for weekend-based initiatives
- Coordinate with remote and on-site stakeholders across time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Manage risk mitigation and change control processes
- Facilitate weekend sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift work
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and Asana
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in tech environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
